Tracy grew up in Indiana. Graduated from Indiana University with a Major in Elementary Education and a Minor in English. She then married a restaurateur in Naples, FL and had 4 daughters. After 15 years in Naples, the family moved to the Republic of Panama, and got to know an International way of life. After 19 years of marriage, the Pate's were divorced, and after a total of 10 years in Panama, Tracy returned to the USA, and chose first South Beach, Miami for 5 years. Then during Covid Tracy moved to Coral Gables, Miami, and now for almost 2 years Tracy loves the area of Boca Raton, FL, where she lives now.
